Typical "sleazy car salesmen." A joke of a sales department that refused to follow up on a car I told them I was interested in for 5 days. They are disconnected, deceptive and dishonest in their "negotiations" and scattered like roaches when called out on their junk fees. Very bad experience with service advisor, Paola Soto. I had good experience with them before but had very bad this time. I had taken my car for regular service and my car had a small dent and rim bend damage. Even though I had taken BMW ultimate protection for both dent and wheels, I was told it wont be covered unless my rim is broken or cracked. Karen Jimenez did her usual fine job, in taking care of my battery replacement. The battery was installed, serial number recorded, and computer reprogrammed. It's interesting to actually visualize the ramp up in the power with a new battery. The car starts faster, and the key fob works more quickly, etc.
Anyway, I was fortunate to have the battery for 5 plus years. It served me well.

The team at BMW of Pembroke Pines was honest, professional, and made the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable.
The Holman family should be ashamed of their staff at both BMW dealerships they have. They are the biggest SCAMMERS I’ve ever had to deal with. We tried ti return a lease to them and they both straight LIED about the condition of the tires. They both gave different information about the SAME CAR. DO NOT do ANY business with any Holman dealers. You WILL get scammed. Those fancy buildings were paid for by poor consumers who got taken advantage of.
I recently reached out to inquire about purchasing a vehicle from BMW of Pembroke Pines. The salesperson informed me that they do not sell cars to out-of-state buyers (no reason on why), which was surprising and frustrating. It’s unusual for a dealership to refuse business based on location, especially in today’s interconnected market. My sales rep, Romiro Gonzalez, was a very likeable young man. He was very helpful in helping me picking out the right car, and making the right deal. I'd say I left the dealership with a car EVERYONE back home was happy about. It certainly exceeded my own expectations. The other sales team members were great as well. I bought a tire protection insurance and now that I needed it, they denied my claim just like that. The rep. At BMW told me that there was nothing that he or his manager could do. They sell you the insurance when you are buying the car, they sell you the car too but they have nothing to do with either one once you buy it. He said they are privately own. This dealership is shady. You negotiate the price then they add a mandatory $995 charge for Starguard, a tracking device most people don't want. I was able to negotiate it down for $695 so if you don't want this add on know that its negotiable. I flew in from another state to pick up the car and the deal was done 5 days prior to me arriving. Karen Jimenez, Senior Service Coordinator, has been my Advisor for years. She has a great personality and gets my car in and out very quickly, and with great results. She always goes above and beyond, in giving 5 star service. You can be very proud of her.
Most recently she greeted me upon arrival for the maintenance of my 2020 330i. Just signed up for the program to keep the car in tip top shape. New tires were in order, along with new wipers and an oil change.

My front service person was the best as always. Loaner was a great convenience-although a BMW model would have been much preferred. The actual work took overly long to get done. The wait to get the car after arriving at the service center was inexcusable - they seemed to have ‘misplaced the car. The car “wash” was a joke. it looked like it had been shown water but not had any actually touch the car. Clearly no soap had been applied during the cleaning. And there were of dark vertical stains on the doors under the wing mirrors.
Disrespectful manager in the pre-owned sales department really ruined the whole experience for me.
Dealership and all employees I worked with were Top notch. A very enjoyable experience as usual.

To start this review I would like to make it known that I have been going here since 2018 . I went in on 07/21/23 to have repairs done on my 2014 BMW and was told that they would need to keep the vehicle over the weekend and they do not provide a loaner only to newer models! I personally felt this was very insulting and inappropriate for any business to advise a paying customer that this was how business was done!

Despite filling out my contact info online and in person, my service representative keep calling the wrong number and it delayed my service. I had to repeatedly call and keep reminding them to use the number I provided them with.

Great experience overall. I shopped around for an EV and had horrible experiences with a few other brands (Volvo, Toyota, Kia, Hyundai) and wasn’t expecting much but Kevin and the rest of the team there made it a really pleasant one.
The staff was nice. All of them treated me nice. However, I waited 2 hours just to dropped off my car and get a loaner car and they barely cleaned my car. Didn’t touch Lots spot in my car we’re still dirty.

I am not one to write reviews, however, we had such a wonderful experience purchasing our BMW 330e from Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines that I felt compelled to share. Always great visit. Went into for servicing and had a coolant leak car was showing was overheating. They found the issue and started the repair. Jose offered a loaner or I could wait the repair and called me when my car was ready to be picked up. Everyone is friendly there and always checked if needed anything and if I'm ok.

It has been a pleasure for me to drive the 40 minutes, from Pompano Beach, to Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines, even though there are 2 BMW dealerships located 10 minutes from our residence. The reasons include that you have the absolute best Customer Service, and Inventory, in the industry, bar none.
Since we met Les Cutler, back in 2017, I was very happy with his courtesy and making leasing a new BMW, a great experience, and not a drudgery.
